Here are two things found in nature that science validates as positive for prostate health.
Seaweed & Saw Palmetto
Seaweed is a marine algae and basically has 3 categories, green algae, red algae, and brown algae. A compound called fucoidan which is a complex carbohydrate found in brown seaweed is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. It is also known for its potential to inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells.
Saw Palmetto is believed to have several potential mechanisms which benefit the prostate gland. It has shown some positive results in relieving BPH symptoms. BPH stands for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Benign signifying it is non-cancerous.
