Adding lemons including a properly washed lemon with the peel to water can give great health benefits. Because it is diluted in water it will not cause the typical tooth enamel issue as if you were eating or sucking the lemon everyday or in excess.
Some of the health benefits you can gain by drinking lemon water are better hydration, aid in preventing kidney stones, aid in preventing oxidation, digestive help, and much more.
