KNEE RANGE OF MOTION
As we age we lose the range of motion in our legs, arms, and torso. You can do simple exercises to improve your range of motion. This is one easy way to start. It is likely when you first attempt this position your butt will not touch the back of your heels. However, if you continue to do this exercise at least once a day for 5 minutes you will start to notice your butt is getting closer and closer to your heels. Once you can sit with your butt touching your heels you have full range of motion in your knee joint.
