The problem with exercise many people think it means going to a gym regularly, lifting heavy weights, or hours of aerobic exercise to improve their health. Nothing is further from the truth.

BALANCING STAND
Get an inflatable disc and stand on it balancing to stay upright. It is recommended you do this close to a stable fixture in your home like the kitchen counter, something you can grab that will stay stable regardless of the pressure you apply to prevent falling. Start with a 30 second goal. If you discover you cannot stay balanced for 30 seconds just balance as long as you can and monitor your progress week to week. Once you reach 30 seconds start standing on one leg then the other with the same 30 second goal.
