You think you are improving your health. Are you? It is rare that people overdose on vitamin or mineral supplements, but it does and can happen. These types of overdoses can harm your internal organs one of the most commonly harmed organs from vitamin overdoses is the liver. Why because the liver’s job is to rid the body of toxins or poisonous substances, so if you are overdosing on vitamins and minerals every day then you are over-working your liver just as if you were drinking too much alcohol each day. If you give the liver more poison than it can filter over time it will sustain considerable damage.
