Physical fitness has proven to be one of the great benefits towards long term good health. Science study, after study states, exercise will give humans a better chance to stay disease and other ailments.
The problem with exercise many people think it means going to a gym regularly, lifting heavy weights, or hours of aerobic exercise to improve their health. Nothing is further from the truth.
Start with one simple exercise you can do from the convenience of your home, try this one.
CHAIR SIT & STAND
Grab a straight chair like a dining room chair and sit in it without using your hands. Then stand up without using your hands. You can repeat this as many times as you can in a 1 to 2 minute period until you notice it is too easy. If it is too easy increase the minutes until it is a little bit of a challenge only increase in small 30 second or 1 minute increments. Do this exercise for 3 to 4 times a day.
If done as recommended this exercise will take a total of 8 minutes out of your day and it is not 8 minutes at one time. You will see that the exercises are easier after a consistent repetition over periods of time. Rate yourself each week to monitor your progress.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar be sure to get your bloodwork done every 2 or 4 months after you have been diligent about exercise for that amount of time.
