Then why are most medical doctors passing out so many medication prescriptions. Is it because people are too lazy to do what is in their own health interests or is it because doctors are too lazy to work with their patients? Is it both?
Are you taking more than 4 medications? Are you taking medicines to offset the side effects of other medicines. Does your doctor continue to add more and more medications to your daily regiment? Does your doctor spend any time with you talking about ways to decrease the amount of medications you are taking?
