Keep your blood sugar levels where they are supposed to be. Maintain the proper blood pressure. Don’t over indulge in protein consumption. Watch your salt intake. Avoid food items such as sodas, processed meats, frozen meals, butter, mayonnaise, and canned foods. Also avoid over-the-counter supplements. You are probably better off with a direct sales supplement company than the over-the-counter mass produced supplements. They may cost a bit more but the quality control is usually a much tighter process. Investigate any supplement and if you are under a doctor’s care ask your doctor about supplements you are considering especially if you are taking medications.
